Our home is perfectly position just off the A1 main road heading North/South. This provides easy access to the whole of the Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Coastline as well as the Scottish Borders. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell are all a short drive away as is Berwick upon Tweed.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. The home includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a comfortable living room featuring a log-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining room for shared meals. Outside, there is a terrace at the front of the house, plus a small patio and balcony to the rear. The Manor House is set in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for relaxed stays. We ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, particularly in the evenings, and to keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
Other Details to Note
We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with prior approval, subject to a £50 fee per dog. To help keep the house comfortable for all guests, we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the property and are kept off the furniture.

Bus - From Berwick upon Tweed there's an hourly bus service to Fenwick on Max x18 with Arriva taking less than half an hour. From Alnwick there's two services on Max x15 that take approximately half an hour and the Max x18 that takes a longer route. Air - Newcastle International Airport is 53 miles away and Edinburgh Airport is 75 miles away.
